changes in the corporate environment as a whole. In addition to swiftly adjusting to technology
advancements, it also enhances businesses' capacity for innovation. In order to better understand the
dynamics of its projects and pinpoint best practices for improved control, this paper suggests examining the
economic intelligence process in Algerian enterprises. Through the survey, we attempted to examine the
primary causes of the failures that occurred after the process's implementation; the findings provide valuable
insights into the latter. They confirmed that contract discussions are a crucial factor affecting the dynamics of
a project and its eventual success.
